T14 last bus for morning is at 1050.
First bus leaving from Toppen is at 1700 or 1710 (outside IKEA).

Grab sometimes bo hua due to crazy surge (quite normal in JB).

Actually halfway during the trip, TS will tell taxi driver to change destination.
Don't want to go to Aeon Tebrau. Nothing to see or do there.
Now please drive to BlueWave.

For those really wish to go to Aeon Tebrau.
See this.

why don't drive your car in?

Totally agreed driving in is the easiest.

With VEP rfid and ewallet enabled, just top up RM25 into the wallet before you reach the Malaysia custom will do.

Then turn on Google map and you shall see Aeon Tebrau is < 20Km from Singapore, which will likely take you only 10 minutes.

Food how there

Food not a problem. Toppen IKEA is next door, you can dine at IKEA restaurant if you want cheap food, the 12.90rm fish and chips is ludicrous value.

There are also non-halal stalls in Aeon; Chinese, nippon food are available. The Tonkatsu is okay but I much prefer the Ramen, can customise the dish to your liking, got 8 types of broth, can choose the firmness of your noodles, the richness of your soup, whether if you want your noodles and soup separate..

I also notice a number of Korean food stalls. Bolehlanders are big fans of Korean food, it seems..

If you use google map gps in JB sometimes its quite inaccurate the direction or the google map gps goes haywire abit. When in JB the best gps app to use is WAZE. It will give you more details of your surrounding and the situation ahead of you. Details like traffic jams, road constructions, accidents, buildings etcs. Most Malaysians in JB and other parts of Malaysia used WAZE.

Then about the VEP there is a new latest updates. Mandatory VEP rdid must be registered and rfid must be installed by 1st July for SG registered cars.

Yup. Was told waze is good for Malaysia... For my once in a blue moon travel to known places popular to Singaporeans... Google map is more than enough.

It's good they enforce VEP, screen out those iron teeth Singapore drivers and make the traffic smoother or less jam. I have been using VEP for a long time... It's pretty seemless. Going through customs and toll booths on nshw are smooth sailing.
