I bought a property in JB in 1992 since under PM Mahathir, the late PM Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, PM Najib, PM Mahathir (Re-Elected), PM Muhyyidin, PM Ismail Sabri Yaacob and now currently PM Anwar.

I'M STILL IN JB.
Do you have MM2H to stay long term? If not, how often do you come back SG and where do you stay ibn SG? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Pardon me for asking but it seems you're the only one staying in JB without a long term VISA :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

So how many days you spend in JB a week to not overstay? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
In the past in and out daily while working in SG before COVID-19 Pandemic.

Then after Covid 19 Pandemic when working I stay 3 or 4 days a week. Entry and exit through manual counter. Then when I'm not working 7 days or 10 days. Entry and exit through manual counter.

Now with EGate if I feel like going to sg then I just exit.

KL to JB ETS launches Aug 2025 — a new era for Singapore-Malaysia travel

After years of anticipation, and a few delays since construction first began back in 2017, you’ll finally be able to hop aboard the Electric Train Service (ETS) from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru via the Gemas – JB Sentral route starting Aug 2025.

Currently, the diesel-powered train journey between KL and JB takes a sluggish 7 hours. But thanks to this RM9.5 billion electrified double-tracking project, that travel time will be slashed to just 4 hours and 30 minutes.

2) MRT operating hours only till 12midnight? SHould extend to 1am ...this will encourage more nightlife activities that are non-clubbing.

yes, it should extend, 24 hour service if possible (like New York). with much slower frequency after hours. so that track repairs can be done.

why no trains after certain time at night. If Jap pornos was a clue, hapless employees will be forced to room with their co-workers and thn population may go up? <- Is this what SMRT was aiming for?

I think long term, if sg is still habitable despite global warming

jb will be the suburbs, similar to how big cities operate

you stay in JB, commute to work daily because the city (sg) is too expensive to live in

oh yes, the whole island

GG singapore retail once the rail system starts.
Can see the variety of recreational activities are so much more...
from sports to those restuarants with singers ... etc etc. till the wee hours of the night

and singapore govt really got problem.
1) keep designing outdoors sports facilities that are unsheltered ...
when it's all day summer .. and make it unplayable during hot afternoons.

2) MRT operating hours only till 12midnight? SHould extend to 1am ...this will encourage more nightlife activities that are non-clubbing.
