Yeah v noisy hard to slp.
If kena the ward got ppl locked in one cell one worse.. those are criminals who are remanded for psychiatric evaluation..every once in awhile they bang the door and shout vulgarities to be let out..

once you go in, you won't come out. mental illness, depression, anger etc are negative energies and this in turn attracts yin energies, evil energies etc which make it a vicious cycle. they feel on people like the above. because the pathway is open and the barrier is low. stay positive - Pakcik is in a heckuva horrible place too but never depressed or negative - just keep on keeping on, stay positive, stay neutral even no need to head to the dark place.
