depends on context, just look at sg parliament

but fewest is also probably not the right word

maybe get the most done with the best competent ppl

Assuming intel is like many other silicon valley tech companies, then he will have a hard time fighting the entrenched hiring managers who may have a propensity for nepotism.

of course. when too many people , many become lazy and don't work..

people geng MCs , come to work late , go long lunches , etc.

bottom 5% of any company should be fired annually. regardless of performance. then people will all strive to not be in the bottom 5%.

sorry but last place is last place. beh kan is beh kan.
