I am very glad to report from This episode .. it showcase that
1) this charity group really is run by people who are first and foremost focus on charity and not showmanship. They dont even want to wayang to meet the Minister. No protocol at all. Very casual.

2) .. this charity group really is no differentiate pecking order one... the guy just walked up and nobody stopped . Very good. Treat everyone the same.

3) again, same thing. Can you see.. that lion dance uncle got placard in front of him. So respectful. It's not common for mgmt or even staff inside organization to treat blue collar workers with that amount of respect.

Just compare with others like comchest or what nots.. you will see...the difference.
