Check later what is the Court decision.
It sounds to me like a set up.
To claim damages.

The person knows she got allergy. But did not state so officially when she bought ticket.
She tells cabin crew.
The she orders a dish that has got prawns.

The SIA crew did not decide what to serve to her.
They serve what she ordered.

Firstly that lady is a doctor.

Secondly, if you know you will potentially die from the food you eat, you will still go and eat just to cheat some money? Your life so cheap meh?

SIA in turn, should sue Mothership for any how showing a prawn cocktail on ice, which I'm sure is not the dish she consumed. Would be interesting to know what she ate. Wontons or dumplings?

Really nonsense. Ownself choose what meal, then say she got prawn allergies. It is not like there is only 1 fixed meal, there are options to choose.

Most likely she still choose the prawn meal, informed the crew she got prawn allergies, and expect the crew to remove the prawn from her ordered meal. But that still do not explain why she still go ahead and eat the prawn despite she Noe she cannot
