I was looking at resale EA and jumbo around my area but the pricing is unpalatable.

4 bedder HDB is turning into bag holder HDB. Will need to sell at a discount. Youngster can't buy, old ppl don't need the space. Likely end up go back to HDB. Quite gg.

I think my bto I ever go and see the site once in the whole 4-5 years. And that was because singtel had a cancer run in the area.

Alot of times it looks complete but interior units is a mess... And landscaping maybe can't pass also.... So even if block looks ready, maybe is another 9months or so more

I think its all around 1mil range.
And left with like 60 to 70 years LH
