Is anyone using Standchart's web-based (Edge) Live FX platform? It never seems to work — the page is blank and just takes forever to load.
No problem when I used it a few months ago (using Chrome). What browser you using? Suspect it is browser compatibility problem.

HSBC only can trade HK, SG, US.
I was told they are looking into adding LSE but until now no update.

So may be just use HSBC to trade HK, and use SC to trade US, Europe, and SG?
i dont mind splitting my investment but transferring usd between brokers is costly. i have usd in moomoo, scb and fsm...

the MAS credit card regulations say that the $30k income doesn't have to be employment income. if you have a $1m portfolio with SCB yielding 3% passive income, that should be good enough (the $1m and the $30k dividends both satisfy the regulations) maybe your RM not aware of the MAS regulations?
If i have more than 100k but in Savings in UOB, can I get a c c from them instead of a d c?
Or if my CDP shows that I have more than 30k dividends ( dunno how much I have) can get c c?

My dividends is easily > $50k a yr, but its from various sources like high yield bank interest, fixed income instruments and equities in CDP and SCB. And I think "income" by MAS definition is taxable income leh. Dividends etc are not taxable what.
I think govt pensions counted. Not taxable

There is one heck of a great deal for those new to stanchart priority banking.

In my case:
1. bonussaver opened in jun 25 is considered as fresh funds
2. the $100k in the bonusaver (which itself is a hysa) can be combined with another $100K deposited in a new FD.
3. The FD is for 6 months beginning the day after you signoff as a priority member and with funds deposited into the FD.
4. FD is 1.5% to $100K (since bonus$aver has the other $100K).
5. The welcome rewards to add to the 1.5% are:
a) $600 to the referral - if you have one (i had a friend but i beleive you can get your family to open any account and you just put his/ her name as referral so that he/ she gets paid) - payable on the 7th month
b) $600 welcome cash (or $1200 if you opt for a CIO unit trust instead - no UT investment needed - it is gifted to you) at the end of the 6 months maturity
c) $500 cash if you opt as an AI

So assuming the bonusSaver does what it does (counted separately), you have for the FD yield (for the 6 months):
1.5%+ 1.2% (referral)+2.4% (UT)+1.0% (AI) =6.1%
or
1.5%+1.2% (referral)+1.2(cash)+1.0% (AI)=4.9 %

You can have joint account with spouse (principal) or children (they being new to stanchart) and this can also work (adjust for bonus interest if AI is not valid in their case)

For their priority/ premier account holders, how much balance do they need to maintain to avoid falling below fees?
And how much is the fall below fees?

no fall below fees and no penalty. there are free airport lounges (12 per year, if fall below still 2 per year)
(but for the special deals, cannot fail below $200K or lose the cash benefits)
