iPads are fantastic devices but it just couldn’t give us that power like MacBook Pro. Anyone totally don’t use MacBook Pro and more and Just rely on iPad?
I don’t see how this is in anyway unfathomable.iPads are fantastic devices but it just couldn’t give us that power like MacBook Pro. Anyone totally don’t use MacBook Pro and more and Just rely on iPad?
Can we use iPad as a screen for Mac mini? My initial idea is to keep mac mini together with my router etc and use it as NAS. But lazy to link a monitor to itI have switched to Mac mini m4 + iPad Pro m4 (both sizes with MKB and folio). So far quite good for my own personal use
Not as main screen, can mirror to Mac mini as second screen. Can we use iPad as a screen for Mac mini? My initial idea is to keep mac mini together with my router etc and use it as NAS. But lazy to link a monitor to it
many things can go wrong with using a laptop if one ain't familiar with technology. so really depends on the profile of the userDepends on what kind of work you do.
Generally speaking, it is very difficult to go wrong with a laptop. But many things can go wrong with using an iPad for work, usually comes down to missing features.
Wondering how is the 16” m1 MacBook Pro compared to the 15” M4 MacBook Air. Sometimes if the performance is more powerful, maybe the older MacBook Pro is more recommended because you get an awesome screen etc. This is always the kind of comparison between older iPad Pro vs newer iPad AirStill using Mac Mini M4 base model, M2 Macbook air base model and M1 Ipad pro base model.
base model everything.
I'm thinking of selling the M1 ipad pro and M2 Macbook air to get the base model M4 Macbook Air since now there is back to school promo deal with free accessory and also the M4 MBA are on the Apple refurbished store for about $1249.
Chip kinda old. Unless you can get it at the same price, if not it is not worth it. No HDMI 2.1 tooWondering how is the 16” m1 MacBook Pro compared to the 15” M4 MacBook Air. it depends on who is using right.Don't bother buying an iPad thinking it can replace a laptop.
The only great thing about it is that you can draw on it, but it does not do anything else well.

i think those who have never used computer before will find doing well and good enough for them
there are certain things ipad can do that laptop can't do, e.g., like drawing all that. so pretty sure not exactly the case? For sure.
But an iPad will never be able to replace what a laptop can do.
An iPad is ultimately just an oversized iPhone. Even iPadOS 26 cannot save it.
