Had my panel on 24 Jul, and received the offer on 14 Aug.

Hiii! Yes, my document submission was on 25/10, and medical was on 1/11. I applied on 11/9, and the phone interview was on 1/10. Each stage was about 1-2 weeks apart. Now it’s just the waiting game! How about you? How’s everything going on your end?

30 Aug 24 - Attended ICA fair (Did pre-HR interview)
24 Sept 24 - Completed Online tests
08 Oct 24 - Panel Interview + Document submission
18 Oct 24 - Medical Checkup (Was earlier, same week of interview, but I postponed it because I was sick)

Pretty straightforward. The latest i heard from HR last week, they mentioned that it will still take another 6-8 weeks before they'll reply me and if we do get the offer, our training will begin in 2025. Fingers crossed for all those who applied!

Hello! I went for my ICA DEI medical checkup on 9 June after my panel interview. So far I'm still waiting for the outcome. Was told by ICA HR to wait for 2-3 more weeks on 23 June. Followed up with them this week and they told me to wait for a further 1-2 weeks for the outcome due to administrative processes. Any idea if others have experience this timeline for the recruitment process please?
