the issue is the these kpods are DRUGs.

HSA simply doesn't have the expertise or skillset necessary to deal with DRUGs.

Enforcement should have been given to CNB right from the start.
Will HSA officers be target by the drug dealers?

These people from criminal organizations may seek retribution against them

做为妈妈,真失败
What can a mother do if children got influence by bad companions? I am also very scare. I told my children to sever ties with their friends if they see their friends vape. Daily reminder. Mothers won't know what they are doing outside. Can educate them but friends like very important to them. Just pray hard that they mix with the right companions.

why not put this feature in OneService? like a bounty feature, things like illegal parking, vaping, smoking at wrong places.. if legit, get reward.
Maybe get 1% of fine amount as reward?

Government will earn more through higher volume as well as good citizen

Win win for all

It’s quite clear that this issue is too big for HSA’s plate. SPF and CNB must step in. The law exists to protect the innocent, not give repeated chances to unrepentant criminals

Why administration is slow because it has to be calibrated.

The problem is serious enough but if 500,000 people are vaping, including residents who are non-Singaporeans, how is SPF able to deal with the volume of arrests?

Maybe start off with bag checks in schools, and start canning to deter students as a start point.

This interview is like giving HSA a big tight slap across the face. Taiji here and there. Call you for help and the only help you can give me is come over and give me a fine. Really is joke if it's true. On one hand running this awareness campaign but on the other hand, refuse to do something on the category of kpod to allow for heavy punishment. Might as well just keep on monitoring. U use, u die, your problem.

No wonder bird traps has higher priority than kpods

$100 CDC voucher per legit bao toh that leads to a charge.

Accumulate 5 legit bao tohs = 1 entry into the quarterly SPF mega draw.

Prizes include cash, air tickets, cars, condos.

SPF and Mediacorp host a quarterly SPF-CNB之夜, with celebrity performance, lucky draw and live execution of those druggies on death row.

You’re welcome!
