First let people know they will be classifying etomidate as drug and tell them to start kicking the habit.

Next provide bins and a sort of "amnesty" for people to surrender their vapes.

Think OYK, unlike CCS who is still trying hard to steal thunder, has given up hope of becoming Lumber One and now focuses on becoming a minister who is well-liked and will leave behind a solid legacy.

Not bad esp since Health will in a few years get the biggest share of the budget, overtaking Defence.
