Someone else can don't like your game for whichever reason, then they escalate to payment processor corporations, before Valve delists the game.
So they eventually cut off the entire market for your game, even though they are not within the same jurisdiction as you are.
Not a good idea to assume these group of people never existed or you might end up wasting time to make one that those group of people do not like.
