there's a friday or long weekend effect. stock prices typically fall on fridays. every friday in fact. ppl want to book some profits and sleep soundly. but for good stocks, i hold it coz by monday the price will recover and maybe more. prices typically peak on wednesdays and taper off until friday

intel will keep bouncing off $18-20 support levels until it reports positive net income. if there's bad news, it might go to the next support level at $13-14. support level means people are waiting to scoop it up at that price. it's ideal for dividends sitting around earning nothing because other stocks with solid financials are at ATH. if you enter INTC at support levels, it's very likely to earn you some spare change. more than bank interest for sure
