point block is huge.. 5R at least 117 - 123 sqm

for this kind of case, how ahh?
need to clean up all the mess first before being allowed moving back in or how?
offered a new unit elsewhere?

Dryer caught fire means too long no clean the lint liao.

those with dryer must rmb to clean ur lint vent

should caught fire like that unless gas dryer. should ban gas dryer & water heaters.

i know some people buy those xiaomi washing machine ah, dryer ah, two pin change 3 pin.
such large appliances, super dangerous.

Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) firefighters have been able to bring the fire in the 10th-floor unit under control, but were still fighting the fire in the 11th-floor flat as of 3.22pm.

"The fire in the 10th-floor unit has been brought under control with two water jets," SCDF said in a Facebook post.

"Firefighters conducted forcible entry into a unit on the 11th floor and are currently fighting a fire in the unit."

3 kids leh you got how many? Each day x3 the clothing plus kids always dirty their laundry be it in school or outside activity, sometimes maybe wash 5 days of clothing

hdb will also need to do structural inspection..
MP can help to arrange for temporary place for families affected??

if all ok and got insurance coverage.. slowly clean up and re-do renovation lor..

Hope the neighbors got buy home insurance if no GG liao. The old generation seldom buy home insurance one. They thought HDB fire insurance will covered this type of fire. They didn't known that HDB fire insurance only covered structure damages. Not sure if they can claims from the owner that house started the fire? Good Luck to them.

Happened to my friend at Chong Pang, 2nd or 3rd floor fire, he live directly up 9flr, HDB bochap, owner bo lui, sueing was the only way out, end up lan lan. Aircon compressor gonner, house cleaning 2-3 days but still have the chao Tar smell.
