I'm lucky I had quite good colleagues last time. Of course they dun go to the extent of 两肋插刀 for me, but we dun ever push each other under the bus when things screw up

when something screw up, no one wanna own up.

you have already started similar thread previous month. That is what I mentioned. Is all too common in every company you work in.

All colleagues , including those very close to you, are all surface friends. Never never believe they are good in anyway. Just ride the wave day in day out. Just be neutral. Don't need to out right reject them. Just follow the flow, knowing that is just all superficial actions.

Never share much family or personal matters. Keep all these to yourself. The more they know you, one day it may turn against you, knowing our weakness. Just smile along when casual communication or lunch out. Never mix your peronal life with colleagues.

Just remember this. All working people have their only agenda and motive. Everyone here to bring home food for family. Is dollar and cents. Feelings are just fake infront of you. Unlike our truth outside long time friends and family. Even some long time friend can also betrayal you.

That is why family first. Blood(Family) is thicker than water (colleagues). This is hard-truth.

The last betrayal by one that i thought was a friend, - that was it.


Colleagues are really just colleagues
Now i even tell upfront very clearly to all.
no need jio me for lunch /dinner or any birthday/wedding events
save alot money too
