Did you read zaobao? They dug up the contract terms and found out that it is completely at odds to what OYK said on the free meals. ZB just got one career suicidal main editor that just straight up destroyed OYK's and in extension, PAP's credibility quite publicly.....

Nowadays they play the game of giving "low rental" then add on many cost.

I bet statistics later collated also will be fact based data and then continue to claim rental is low as real cost gets dissected.

Machiam instead of looking at entire compensation, say a CEO only received $1 salary. Very poor thing after 10 years still $1.

Then the dumb system will continue to blindly pull data and declare CEO salary is low.

So need oppies ask them to list the charges involved exhaustively. This can be done through NEA officers interviewing every hawkers. Time for their scholar to do a review on the charges to make it transparent and to showcase their talent. Is want to do or don’t want to do.
