I've seen very good friends whom worked in the same company, within a year start backstabbing each other and saying bad things to me about one another. Best friends better don't work in same company and worst, same Dept.

Good friends will never work together. Same goes to those a few came out to setup companies themselves, by pooling money into it. As time passes, good friends in JV, becomes enemies. All too often due to money issues.

Yeah, I’ve seen this happen before — and honestly, it can be one of the most jarring lessons in working life.
When things are going smoothly, some colleagues do feel like friends — you share jokes, cover for each other, even help each other out in tough times.
