my take is to keep some companies afloat by paying them to "manage" hawker centers. haha.

its just like the usave vouchers ... i doubt they are given to help singaporeand cushion gas, water and electricity price.

they are wiped out immediately once they are credited. its more like making sure sp svc and the electricity retailers are being paid.

we should be able to indicate how much is use to offset the bills in combination with cash payment.
