After working one month in f&b as kitchen helper, I think kitchen work more toxic and politicial than office

Office:

when I just big4 audit as intern or fresh graduate, the seniors take on the hardest work and last to leave work

Kitchen:

Straightaway call u new bird. Plate u wash. Floor u wash. While seniors go smoke or go home

Office:

People generally talk to u nicely when i make stupid mistake as freshie

Kitchen:

Scold u with vulgarities. Kenna u stupid. Scold ur 18 ancestors

Office:

Guide u when u are intern or freshie

Kitchen:

Ownself learn. U die ur problem. Best u look stupid so they look good in front of bosses

Office:

Even if there is disagreement. People talk in a civilized way.

Kitchen:

Disagreement saw people physically fight and threaten to use knife kill each other

Who are the people who worked in kitchen?

Did they study till tertiary education?
Or just apprenticeship with lowly education with a guy who has low education too
And end up get F for years as part of job.
Do shite etc

So they dish what they suffered to you

Tiagong Chinese food kitchen only the master can touch the wok, the master does the frying. junior got to learn how to pick the dishes and other stuffs
