Teachers job is to do a lot of special projects for the mainstream students. All these bullying cases are getting in the way of the school's various programs. If I were the teacher, I'll also equally blame both the bullies and the victim for wasting my time.
Teacher cannot like that mah. If so who the victim turn to for help? It's bad enough commanders behave like that for bullying cases in camp.

Why sinkies becoming more and more like barbarians? We have pmds/ cyclists behaving like barbarians inside mrt, coffeeshop, narrow walk paths and now even primary school children also behaving like barbarians. What is wrong with this country?

In the past, Chinese traditional culture emphasized the four cardinal virtues— “礼义廉耻” Propriety, Righteousness, Integrity, and Shame—as guiding principles for personal conduct.

However, as society has progressed and embraced Western cultural influences, traditional moral education has waned, replaced largely by a focus on economic metrics like money, KPIs, and consumerism.

This shift has led to a rise in social ills. Even in China, the emphasis is now on profit and consumerism.

This focus on financial gain above all else is so pervasive that people are willing to sell drugs, like Kpod, to harm our youth for profit.

This erosion of moral values raises a critical question: What is right and what is wrong?

You can see this confusion play out on a global scale. How can we talk about human rights and then witness the genocide in Gaza?

Where are the human rights that Western countries have promoted for years?

People are underestimating what older children are capable of. Values, behaviors, personality are all there way earlier than what we can imagine

and they are capable of thinking already, just not having the life skill yet to sustain a likelihood

all those adults who behave in such manners, you can bet they already have such behaviors since young.

Back stabbing, pushing blame to each other or trying to gain sympathy and support from the teachers all can happen. If we dun deal with it firmly, it will just worsen
In short, these children are under the negative influence from people around them.

in the past, we studied Chinese traditional cultures “礼义廉耻” (Propriety, righteousness, integrity and shame)

"the four cardinal virtues" or "the four principles of proper conduct".

as guiding principals of interpersonal conduct.

As society progress towards Western cultures, there r no such traditional education, other than their religious education.

now, we just talk about money, KPI, consumerism, etc, all these social ills will surface.

even in China, it is about money, consumerism, etc .....

so much so, ppl sell Kpod, and other drugs to harm our young minds & bodies just for profits, etc

tis will erode our young ppl moral values even further, ...

what is right, what is wrong ?

just take the example of genocide happening in Gaza

where is the human rights that Western countries promoting all these years ?

The interesting thing about having a focus on moral conducts in the past was that the nobles kept to themselves and purposely split themselves from warlords/kings/court and the other working class/peasants.

They never really integrated themselves with other parts of the society despite having standards in their conduct.

Pass the problematic students to another school

The other school will pass their problematic students to Sengkang Green.

That's how school expulsions work between neighbourhood schools. Principals will do some horse trading of their really jialat students.

Most students who go to jialat schools tend to live within 3 km of the school. For branded schools, parents are ok to let their kid travel over 10 km one way to school.
