maybe MOE request all skool to report bullying cases. skool have own agenda and they dont want to be in MOE watchlist so they will try to cover up and let the bullying fester and avoid punishment... that's what I believe

one thing when i did during the time i was finalizing the primary school choice for my boy was searching the names of the principal and vice principal on the internet if they had sagats involving school bullying when they were posted as P, VP or whatever position in their previous assignment.

Gau Poh Teck, Ginny Chua, Adila Ong and Jeremy Tan, the current P and VPs listed on sengkang green primary school public website ought to have their name stuck with this case for the rest of their MOE career.

Don't you find this saga very mysterious? Only hear one sided. We don't know much about them. The authorities don't say. Something to hide? Maybe the victim said something "sensitive"? Whatever it is, there is no point hiding.

Unfortunately, this looks bad for the parents of the bully regardless of what they say. Because the voice clip and messages have been released already. Even if the victim gave the worst insult in the world, a kid shouldnt be so brazen and rude like that. Already looks horrible for the kid and the parents.

Whatever we reveal about the victim will only make the victim look good or bad, it won't change the reputation of the bully
