just be done with job application. based on academic records, criminal records, army/scdf/spf/healthcare records and whatever records eg singing, olympics, driving licenses, etc, assign jobs to citizens. something along the line of "as a valued citizen, we want you onboard here"

governments around the world tried implementing vagrancy laws but encountered difficulties. yet unemployment is detrimental to national progress. and we know job portals are mostly a waste of time. G doesn't want idle citizens sleeping in parks or wasting their life away instead of contributing to gdp

so why not use AI job matching and get relevant ministries & allied employers to send unemployed citizens job offers like how cdc vouchers are issued? no interviews necessary. job needs to done. someone must do it. salary is indicated. please come

When the city bloomed, they moved farmers to cities. When there was oversupply, they moved fresh grads to farms and implemented caste system between farming and non farming and farming registered personnel cannot work in city.

china doesn't have our system of forced male conscription, bto, mom employment procedures for foreigners, maids, etc. there's a whole lot of stuff we do here that china doesn't have. our system is unique. we have massive immigration, academic, career & health records for workers from around the world. china doesn't have an equivalent
