Which countries allow vape or which countries don't allow vape??

Sick and tired of reading vape kpod news everyday even though I myself is non-smoker. So which countries allow vaping?? I know Malaysia and Indonesia is very normal there. Any countries like Singapore totally ban e-cigarettes aka vape??
