Not as simple to reclassify drugs / change the Law. A need to draft up SOPs... Working instructions.. procedures... and vetted sent for approval..

Upon detection, who to refer to..who to take charge.. quality.. quantity etc etc.. nitty drifty details! Many many different agencies and even court procedures are involved ! Also DRC IMH must be ready ! Not as Simple
