Some parents are super inconsiderate and just let their kids make all sort of noise all day and night. Recently, a friend told me about his downstairs neighbour who had 3 kids and they like to scream and shout from their unit till late night and bang gate and door in the early morning. Don’t know why they can let their kids stay up so late.

I myself have 1 kid.
I don't know why children got time to make noise.

7.30 reach home.

义顺组屋今早（24日）疑因邻里纠纷发生血案，有居民表示，当时在事发现场看见袭击者手持一把刀，与一对夫妻发生肢体冲突，受袭女子腹部被刺。目击者受访时惊魂未定，透露当场被吓哭。
28岁的邻居许敏目击案发经过。她接受《8视界新闻网》访问时表示，遇袭夫妻两人大约30多岁，育有两名年幼的孩子。她说，虽然与他们不熟，但平时见面有打招呼，两夫妻为人亲切。




许敏透露，据她父亲了解，男袭击者住在两夫妻楼下，双方相信有纠纷。她听说袭击者疑似不满对方家小孩子制造噪音，曾多次投诉。
许敏也透露，男袭击者年约60多岁。事发时，他手持一把刀，与两夫妻夫发生肢体冲突，女子腹部被刺，现场血迹斑斑。许敏目击事发经过后，当场吓哭离开现场。
这起案件今早（24日）大约7点25分发生，地点是义顺中第323座组屋。
民防部队受询时证实收到来自上述地点的求救电话，救护人员赶到现场后将三名伤者送往邱德拔医院接受治疗。
警方证实，女伤者伤重抢救无效过世，涉嫌持刀伤人的男子已被捕。

My former neighbour has a child with mild autism. Once, when I left my flat to throw the rubbish, he locked the padlock on the gate! Another time, I was looking for a community cat and went upstairs to look for it. Happened that her son was also upstairs and he simply entered someone's house! The owner of the flat asked if he was my son! His helper came yelling for him a few minutes later.

Fortunately, I have a good relationship with said neighbour and both of us are in early childhood education and knowing her son has mild autism, I understand her situation. The child is a young adult now and I have also moved out of the estate.

But sometimes it may not be a legit complaint because the Taiwan case seems like the killer hallucinate the noise cos he complained about noise when neighbours are not home. Another Taiwanese actress Sonia had a similar dispute when her neighbour also complain about her children's noise when they are away for a long vacation.

my ex colleague kept hallucinating theres someone stalking her and watching from far. Another of my colleague even went down her house to help inspect if behind her cabinet there has any hidden cam or recording devices or not, I told her better see a doctor, but she insisted its real due to her one time bad review on something she bought and the boss of the product started to do all these to her.
