Yes there are many teens who modified the bikes and riding dangerously on the road here but notice TP is only keen to check on illegal parking than check on the teens riding past them

They are frighten of the Polis in Malaysia when they are caught and will listen ro instructions.

Anyway, within the housing estates in JB/Malaysia there are many young teenagers riding motorcycles without license or do not wear the helmet while riding to schools or for running errands or simply for joy ride amongst their friends.

The ones in Singapore still running rampant with no repercussions.
