Isn't it still short term rentals...?

What's the diff with airbnb?
on paper these co-living operators insist on minimum 3 months' stay... of course, there are ways to get around it

got quite a few units in my block used as co-living spaces, including the one right below me

Last time they just have termination without penalty.
Not sure if that's allowed still

This one going to be listed company soon
The boon lay property. Cheapest single room going at almost $2000/month. This is excluding the additional fees like electricity abt $200+

They want to attract foreign NTU students and working professionals.

Can't imagine how much they charge for property in town.

to me it is just glorified subletting lor, albeit with added element of 'professionally' managed common services such as cleaning which are included in the amount you pay

I received a job offer during a casual meet up 🤣. I'm considering because I can continue with my current work concurrently. Do anyone know what are the potential risks associated to a role that manages co-living spaces for other people?
something like we work type of place? probably doing the administrative part, communicating with those renters and stuff?

noted a substantial decrease in biodegradability
Well, wait till you fall from a height and suffer multiple facial and body fractures, then tell me if the ‘changes’ are intentional or just part of recovery, and whether the statement of "decrease in biodegradability" should be made.

It is really low to mock someone for getting reconstructive or cosmetic work after a near-fatal accident. There is a big difference between vanity and survival.

this is from your perspective or snr staff's ?
from my perspective, is just provide the information she requested, no need to direct the senior staff to so many places. i already trying not to be involve with them, already,

I think both side want people to understand from their perspective, but i think instead of keep asking people to understand their perspective, they should be coming up with solution to work amicably.

in late 2019, Wendy fell from height on a stage, almost 3m iirc... because of this, she was on hiatus for at least 4 months
