Though these Chinese Restaurants and Food Stalls do not open and operate long hours with less customers they still can maintain and survive. Very puzzling isn't it?

Need to highlight something here.

Some of these chinese places do offer pre-paid package ie buy 300 and give 350 to promote early spending.

On the 1st sight, it looks like a great deal but please dont take it because when all the things increase in price, what you get is definitely a small portion or sub par service.
