Actually not only HDB estate, on buses and MRT trains as well. There are just many people who are inconsiderate... young, old, local, foreigners and etc... they seem to have "hearing" issue and like to listen to loud music or drama on mobile phone...

Now public transport law can fine them for it .... but no iron in them to also implement same law to housing estate noise.

SG is very small. try to endure unless it's persistent disturbance. Reno/ occasionial noise all these you just have to bear with it

Those avenues don't look correct. I have been following:

The "rules of court 2021" statute has more to do with governing the way court is held i.e. how documents are serviced, how court should be run but there are additional clauses in the CDRA statute where I filed the actual proceedings under.

We have been talking to the police, MP, TC, HDB for 3 years now, both parties. We even put in a rental transfer request but still pending 3 years in. The system here for neighbor issues is completely useless.

Recently the PA neighborhood group have been talking to me and they seem to be the only ones competent enough to mediate and get things moving. But Jaahan/Minaah doesn't want to talk so even then there's been a lot of stalling.

She also claimed on multiple occasions when we weren't home that there was noise coming from our unit. We saw her and a different neighbor standing outside the unit with the police knocking. Had to go to the station to clarify after getting home

HDB hasn't approved our transfer request 3 years in still.. and my BTO isn't due until 2028 so lan lan suck thumb atm Not worth the mental stress especially with my mom pestering me everyday
