How can this portfolio not change this year? Didn't follow Costco but the rest should be up at least 10%?

think up abit ba... my portfolio was a mix of stocks back... then... hmm when i was holding COSTCO back then it nearing 1k... my amazon took a loss around 5% bought at wrong time
