If she got the means to engage a lawyer to fight then ok. If no money to engage lawyer, I doubt any lawyer want to pro bono for her. By phrasing as a question does not make her less guilty or defamation. Just like if someone say "Do you think this guy is corrupted? Do you think he controls all the agency to make sure he gets the lowest rent? Do you think he even pays for his rent?" That will be asking for trouble.
