How is the progress of the Horizon Mall and Horizon Square alr ?
Are these areas only available for the residents to visit ?

All the shops at horizon hills are opened to public too.
You will need to grab there as horizon hills is on top a hill. Unless you have strong legs that can walk up the hills.
Hopefully the management will bring in Causeway link buses.

I have come across many advertisements and agents listings to sell / lease properties outside Horizon hills as horizon hills properties as horizon hills is very very much sought after.

If you guys are interested in Horizon hills, go directly to the sales office over at Horizon hills club house to learn more.

As for resale, make sure the properties are truly on hill top and the various precincts from my recollection are as follows:
Gateway
Golf East
Golf west
The hills
The green
Canal south
Canal north
The cove
Valley west
The woodlands
The peak
Etc?

To my best knowledge, The peak is the last remaining precinct to sell after which there is no more land on horizon hills top to build.

I am very upset that the Bukit Indah morning market veggies sellers (Thai nationals) are very dishonest and chop carrots Gao Gao.
They are operating at tun aminah night market too.
If you do buy, make sure it is those with price listed. Don’t go for those needs weighing.

To illustrate today my purchase cost Rm31 for very few items:
2 brocolli listed at Rm5 for 2 pieces
1 small long cabbage (light weight) list for Rm3.50
3 carrots list at Rm2.50 for 3 pieces
Total listed veggies cost Rm11.

The rest is charging by weight and no receipt was provided. He kept weighing n adding up at weighing machine: Estimated cost
1/2 cabbage (light weight) Rm3
Should be lower as normal whole cabbage is less than Rm4
4 medium onion (big Ben Rm2.60 a bag) Rm3
3 stalks of celery. Rm3
A small bunch of green onion Rm3
A small piece of ginger. Rm3
Estimated total Rm12
Add listed veggies total Rm11
Grand total Rm23
I was charged Rm31 which I found to be unbelievably expensive.

The Chinese veggies sellers are honest.

Beware of these Thai veggies sellers at night and morning market.
The cashier is a young handsome man.
