Super hot sat.
Went for a afternoon jog up to Mt faber.....

So joggers, cyclists and drivers all sharing the same road? Or got dedicated path for runners? How was the experience running up and down the slopes?

yeah but sometimes it just put it off, give many excuses not to exercises...
Try many types of exercises…. avoid exercise boredom

Take a break and rest a few days if necessary….make exercise fun, don’t force yourself

This saturday covering about 15km only.. from Khatib mrt to Jalan kayu , Yishun.
very short distance.
Evening walk.

Seem like many are having difficult time to get out of the house and do exercises.
Do you?
Many citing reasons such as no time, laxy, procastination, nua at sofa, dont feel like doing, lost motivation and all sort of reasons.

How to make one motivate enough to push onself to go out do exercises?
change job, work labourer

or push cart and collect cardboards daily

No lah bro.
yesterday the weather very kind to us.
Especially walking towards Yishun dam …
we walked till night time reaching Jalan kayu..
the distance is still manageable for many of us.
You are acclimated
Even at night I find the SG heat and humidity stifling. I am not from SG.

Bro, where are you from and stay now?
yes even at night, last night, walking is humid and sticky .
but it is more enjoyable than walk under the hot sun especially even 10am in the morning , wow, already super hot….killer.

I was from SG.
But now stay in Calgary.
Weather here much better for me.
I find that if it is cold can wear proper clothing. And when exercise will generate heat. So is ok.
In fact some days in winter even -40 I still get so hot I take off my jacket and toque to cool down.
