For me, I will not choose cooking style touching on cooking oil in cai png as much as possible.
Your steamed egg is one good choice. Egg tofu is good too. Boiled or braised tofu skin is good too.
Your veg looks well cooked and fresh. Any veg shown oily or aged or overcooked or undercooked or dirty (some stalls spinach one will taste sandy or chemical smell or see worms-not washed etc) will skipped.
Meat likely will choose steamed chopped chicken (oyster sauce or fish sauce or soya sauce), steamed herbal chicken, light stir-fry chicken with long beans, light stir-fry pork slices, curry chicken, steamed fish etc.
