Promo extended to Nov 30, 12 mths not on Zym requirement remains. :

Vivifi is until further notice, and they have not served the notice to end the promo.
Zero1 still says 31 Oct, but that might change soon.

Ineligibility
The following individuals are not eligible for this promotion: Existing ZYM Mobile subscribers. New customers who register with ZYM Mobile on a new number. Former ZYM Mobile subscribers who have terminated their service and attempt to re-register and port in to benefit from this promotion. Former ZYM Mobile subscribers who had their service terminated due to an outstanding bill.
This means i have 5 lines with zym and want to port 6th Eight telecom to zym will not be eligible?

Anyone got issue with caller ID anot ah?
Ever since 10 Oct, I realised all incoming calls is not displaying the numbers that is calling in..

Before I port to maxx.. I was still receiving calls with called ID working.. perhaps it's a phone setting??

IDD is free on MVNO. If not, your phone issue best checked with zym support

After some check, I realised the problem was from ZYM, refer to screenshot below.
Anyway, I contacted ZYM customer service via WA, they refresh for me and now it's working, most likely since day 1 it was already not provision properly (I recently ported), didn't realise as I was overseas and only just came back.

Small issue can solve ok la.. since I'm paying only $7.5 I'm ok.
Unlikely some telco, pay $75 10 times of what I'm paying at zym but really cmi.
Yesterday I was at suntec food court, my mobile data totally not working, when it finally work, the speed was only like 3mbps while zym was like almost 700mbps at the same place on the same phone.

so long they never charge you is ok .. I got 2 invoice after porting to maxx
After porting to maxx I must say zym is the best cheapest 5G NSA(soon to be SA) mvno...more stable and consistent..

You should try redone, they are still sending me $0 invoice 1 year after porting out.
That one I put in spam alr.. think got more than 3 years since I ported out I still receive $0 Invoice lol..
I ported out from zero1 almost 1 year,still received $0 bill.
