Burnt coconut juice, popular in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia), comes from roasting or charring the coconut husk, which infuses the water with a smoky, nutty, and sweeter flavor, intensifying its aroma and making the inside meat creamier.

you know some like to bua coconut oil and when they are all hot and sweaty will get the same aroma...

i dont think I'll enjoy that
