Rank is not important if you are just serving and don't sign on. My company reimburses SAF anyway when I serve reservist, and my salary is still the same, so who cares...

I do mostly nth except to wait to rush rush to wait

Also my unit dun promote 3sg to 1sg.. most ppl stays as 3sg except the ps and csm
