Got people PTE rank all the way. And not because they geng wor, got attain CSB, marksmanship and ippt badge one. Combat unit a lot the rank is stagnant.

i ord as 3SG, ROD as 3SG.. those that every 2 year ranked up are KAH folks lah, PS or CSM.. may have some section commanders become 2SG when ROD. where got "every other spec also promoted to at least 1SG"
