This is the main thing. If not, other innocent Muslims sure kena ostracized so this guy's act has at least awaken people to look beyond religion and race. There will always be evil people in every race and religion.

Exactly. If we look deep into it, he not only saved a few people from gunshots. He might have potentially saved thousands more due to any escalation.

terrorist dad was disarmed by the hero and he fled towards the bridge where his son was. later shot by police at the bridge and died.

son was also shot by police but didn't die and in hospital.
