Guess what? The wife Sibei indecisive, I was leaning towards Evergreen, on the way down from the escalator, she saw Burger King and said, okay Burger King, faster eat finish so she can go shopping. I knew it!
Used the coupon once again, total S$10.36. The saving grace is at least food is cheap. Their real whopper seems smaller than Singapore BK, eat not really full, I think later will drop by the WTM for a quick bite if it’s still opened.
This guy one man show at 7.30pm. Took order, made burgers and fries, and clear tables all by himself. Impressive Malay fella!
Very disappointing to see one young Malaysian Chinese couple teenagers ate finish, pat their backside and held each other hands and walked out of BK. Haixxxx, just help the one man show staff abit, clear your own trays also cannot.
Verbana moved! No wonder I couldn’t locate them!!
One good thing about JB indoor playground day pass is once it crosses the 3 hour before closing time, no parent will bring their child in because bo hua. 3 hours is RM38, parents would either have early dinner and come before 3 hours closing or come again tomorrow. Noble kids closes later than most JB indoor playground at 10.30pm, so after dinner, we had the entire place to ourselves to play hide and seek. Now taking a break to share some thoughts on Sutera area since it’s our first ever staycation in this location.
Sutera Mall is really quiet compared to Midvalley or paradigm mall or KSL on a weekday. Earlier in the day, still can see some Singaporeans, now totally zero. I think the wet weather also had an effect. Visited the men’s toilet multiple times today Noble kids is right next to one, and I noticed on two separate occasions 1) a Malay man entering a cubicle and lighting up; 2) a SenQ salesman pee already never wash hands.
As for the hotel and surrounding shop houses, the wife and I both enjoy this area- super walkable, got variety of things to do and even a car wash and escape room. Bad thing is there’s no animal cafe, but not a dealbreaker. Massage and good food is plentiful.
At night can see many youngsters drinking and eating hotpot, same as the Mount Austin Manhattan crowd, but less chaotic I would say, maybe because there isn’t a club like NYX right smack in the middle. I have yet to see a PRC escort as well.
Last but not least, I want to praise the boss and staff of Noble kids play land. There is constantly 2-3 staff patrolling the area and tidying up stuff. There’s 6-7 staff in total on a wet Tuesday evening, and I can see the management hiring more than sufficient staff to ensure a pleasant experience for us parents. The staff are also quite alert and hardly ever on the phone, especially the one in charge of the wet play section. Whenever we enter, there’s always a staff helping to scan our wristbands.
And the wifi is damn fast! I uploaded the pictures several times today in an instant.
