Everyone I know who on contract have completion bonus , coz the people hiring them for the task want them to stay and complete said task.

Not all contract role has completion bonus.

Then you go English media jobs... all also machiam like foreigners speaking natively accented english..

Juz finish the last rd of interview on Tues. Hopefully ca ace through

Now civil servant want get in not easy too
My nephew's went interview few round in civil sector.
He just graduate NUS in May 2025 but after 4 month finding...he has 2nd class honour degree not 1st class honour degree...
He was suppose able to get 1st class honour degree but due to other team member never do well at their own project only can get 2nd class degree.

Now civil sector prefer 1st class honour degree if you are no experience...he got job in private sector only
Last time poly can get in civil sector even average result...govt sector also want select best candidate...if your degree just average result also no job
