By right no

All properties are under a company/trust and she is employee.. ?

Else parents transfer all properties to her name then so she is rental collector in IRAS eyes?

If not then parents say unofficially pass her all the rentals, IRAS no need her to pay income tax mah.... or she get rental, feel like should pay parents the income tax accrued from said rentals... but her parents still working, income tax should be entirely different bracket...

She never really explained her situation before I think....
