I think AI serves as a good first layer of defence for CSO to filter out questions from people who can't bother to Google for answers which can be easily answered by AI.

But HWZ pages can go quite fast and there are hundreds of pages to browse through, so it is understandable especially who will expect the answers might be few pages before or might be tens of pages before?

My wife and i just changed sim cards. The irony of life is, she is on $10 plan and her 5g didn’t get cut. After changing with nperf it showed she’s on SA. Mine got cut and i changed plan to $15 5g plan and after changing sim i’m still on NSA.

Does she get 5G SA all the time or just at a certain location? What phone she using?
I'm also on the $10 plan, my 5G trial have expire, after changing sim card, I'm getting 5G NSA, so far I haven't seen any 5G SA.

So far at nex and hougang, she is on SA. Both of us using iphone 15 pro max.

Just came back from JB, was roaming on ZYM. How come I can’t select other roaming partner? The only option is automatic and auto connect to MY MAXIS, can’t choose digi or anything else also. This is on iPhone 17 Pro with ZYM 5G SA SIM card.

NSA: 637down, 50up, 48ms latency

They will send email or mail to your to change sim? Me and my wife both didn't get any letters about changing sim card

Just walk in to change sim, no emails or updates... I just tried ask when I passed by the Zym authorized shop in JEM and they said ok.. less than 5 mins done.

Yes we were both on $10 plan. Her trial supposed to hv ended but still having 5g all this while. Mine also still hv 5g after my trial ended. But recently mine got cut off back to 4g. She’s still 5g. Then subsequently i go change my own plan to the $15 5g plan.

No need email. Just walk in and ask to change sim. They fill in online form, verify ur nric and your number, very fast 1-2min done.
