Max Tax relief from CPF contribution is $16k (Max) a year

Self is $8000
Spouse/Parents (including in laws) / Sibling (with disability) - Another $8000

I kind of regret using OA to purchase flat... i think the housing loan interest is always higher than OA.

And you have to return your sale proceed back to the OA including interest. even if your flat is fully paid.. the interest kept running... which is lock into OA until you turn 55.. whatever over your BRS u can withdraw.

How to get 4.8m in cpf when theres limit cap yearly

Even earn from housing
All is cash for landed after cpf contributions if not wrong

Probably for both boomers - husband & wife combined.
Those who continues to work above 65 yo.

as long as you don't sell the flat, the interests is just a number
