Is it difficult for NSmen officers to convince their men take part in ATEC stage 2 outfield exercise during reservist?

I think is difficult because the nsmen mindset is different from nsf

they worried about injuries and sleep deprivation

they may also feel that they already did it 7 to 9 years ago, why do again?

If an officer has to convince his men, he failed as an officer. What was he doing in that 5-6 years with them before ATEC? Draw line? No cohesion? No relationship? No friendship? Officer sleep one bunk, men sleep one bunk? Go out officer's group only?

If his men won't follow him into ATEC, you can be sure that if real war breaks out, they won't follow him into it as well. Serve him right. Lol

So hor, this ATEC is his moment of glory! He can carry his platoon's sandbags and have a rambo moment.

I think is difficult when an officer suddenly join halfway the 10 year cycle. So this type really has to mingle with his platoon men asap.

ATEC Stage 2 occurs at the 8th or 9th cycle right? Means on average, everyone is early to mid-30s already and have other distractions in life. "Officer" is just a rank to classify responsibilities and laws/regulations are used to manage the manpower. Everything is just a show to pass through the motion at that point in life.

I personally know some goondus kenna conned to take part in some oversea atec or exercise.

They kenna conned coz they were told they do thish thing ish count as 1 high key.
The problem ish they already did 1 high key within that year.
Sho in the end ish only count as 1 high key year.

After they came back and found out they sibeh dulan.
But they tried to deceive ownself, said gd experience, made friends, yadayada.
