1 word “clueless” for the manager.
Imagine a clueless guy staying for 10 years with the club, where we spend billions on players but yet to find a winning 11 or a formula, play 3 or play 4 at the back, cannot decide because reporters are challenging him, throwing tantrums like a kid.
This club will not win the premier league even if we stick with him for 20 years because he is “clueless”.
His improvement is largely due to players’ individual effort winning him his 3 points and/or his opponents sucks big time, screwing themselves.

Leeds had a draw game with Liverpool on Friday 2nd Jan and has to play us tomorrow 4 Jan.
Lets see if the club can take advantage of 1 game per week vs a club that has to play 2 games in 48 hours.

Chelsea, Man Utd & Tottenham can compete for the team which changed managers the most times during the past 15 yrs. Retired or resigned considers as a change because no longer managing.

Oh no. Hope he don't lose! RA is the next SAF..
He is not flexible. Keeps on using the same system & fielding the same players. The young players gained experience not by playing but by sitting on the bench & watching.

it took klopp 4 seasons to rebuild to win the league. arteta 6 seasons still haven't win yet utd fans expect the manager to do it in 6 months with mediocre squad.

why not sack wilcox, omar, vivell and macaulay. they are the ones who signed the manager and bought the players.

Klopp and Arteta still looks so clueless after 2 seasons?

Why not mentioned about how many managers pool sacked before Klopp??

utd also sacking managers.

arteta finished 8th place twice in 2 seasons and almost sack by their club. arteta isn't that good as you think but he got a good squad. only won 1 fa cup. utd probably draw with arsenal if lammens started.

klopp also finished 8th in 1st season and the players doesn't know what is gegenpressing. saved by barca cos they spent crazy money on pool players allowing him to buy salah. with the right players went on to win the league.

even if utd sack ruben now, another upcoming unknown manager will take over and results will still be the same until there are better quality players. the next manager might not be better than the previous.

keep sacking manager every 6 months until utd relegate?

"Following Manchester United’s 1–1 draw with Fulham in August, Christopher Vivell was IRRITATED by how openly United’s system was explained and exploited by Fulham manager Marco Silva.

Vivell was reportedly so SURPRISED by Silva’s comments that he shared them in the WhatsApp group of United’s senior leadership, underlining the need for the team to evolve towards a less predictable system."

this is why utd system keep changing.

Forget about systems it’s the players desire and work rate on the field that is important it’s not good enough

i swear most fans are now just addicted to sacking managers because they get to see changes and new signings

in a current world filled with instant gratification
people think this is more than enough time needed for all the deep rooted problems to be removed, changed and because others have instant results so should we.

with the squad we have, it's kinda hard to get stuck in 15th position or lower come end of the season.

this squad is not capable enough. other teams like west ham, palace, brighton etc have been buying players during this jan window yet utd isn't doing anything. other teams might overtake utd in the 2nd half of the season.

casemiro and shaw legs are gone and they can only play at most 50 to 60 mins. dalot is average with low football iq. mainoo and zirkzee doesn't want to play. the bench is full of 18 19 year olds.

mount and martinez are injury prone. they can be out for the rest of the season anytime and there is no replacement for them except youth players.

main root cause of utd downfall are the glazers and ineos. they are too concerned about money rather than winning trophies.

see what happen to the guy ineos chased for few months only to sack him because he said utd should carry on playing 433.

they hired a 343 manager yet refused to give him players for the system when it is very clear majority of current utd squad are too used to 433.

look at city and arsenal where they can field 2 squads. chelsea can even field 3 squads. utd need to field youth players from academy.

ruben won't be the last manager ineos will replace. the next manager will also face the same fate.
