Appled for my rights and excess today. Knowing well next week I will be busy once I return back to the office. Did not like the odd units allocated. Hence, round off to 1K unit. I know can round to 100 but fee/commission would hurt me (in future). This stock no eyes see. I did not buy it. It was forced scrip to me due to Keppel..... :(

Will apply for my right share plus a bit more to round up my odd lots.

Investment goal is for steady dividend income, any capital gain will be a bonus.

Very insightful. First question is on the DPU non-accretiveness. And the CEO's reason why they chose to acquire the MBFC Tower 3 stake rather than the others is quite different from what I thought - essentially short term funding restrictions.

As expected. When the rights is over, the price got push up to $0.99. I think may go above $1 and trade above $1 already. Those that over subscribed huat big big. Haha! Those who worry about dilution sigh………

How come SCB only deducted the entitlement rights and not the excess rights payments?

I don't think it come as a big surprise that the PO was undersubcribed even after factoring in the excess applications.

It is a dilutive acquisition, the management team that thought it was a good idea probably didn't think that much 😂 or maybe doesn't even know what is thinking.

Analysts were super critical of the PO and turns out they were absolutely right.

I take this as excuses, lack of management planning and not solid reasons. You pay the management team to be able to be agile, and plan ahead, even if timeline is short. Being transparent is a plus, but it's no excuse for what I'll deem as a subpar performance for execution.
