Singtel 5g+ sim card replacement

Singtel user, received many reminder to replace with new 5g+ SIM.

I just replaced my 4G SIM with a 5G+ SIM today. Before the replacement, I knew I was using non-standalone with limited 5G benefits, but the signal was excellent and the service was good. After I changed to the 5G+ SIM card, the service became horrible. Many places I went to only had 1-2 bars of service, and I even had problems paying with my e-wallet. Anyone have the same experience???

The bigger qn ish who still use stinktel nowadays?!
Got so many cheaper telco …

thank for the update, I almost change it. My is 4G sim with 5G added services.

Bo bian, my work place suck, only can receive singtel signal better. I have not been complaining about signal for the last 10 years was the reason why I stick with singtel I guess after changing this new sim is gg

i’m on singtel 5g+ and my phone shows max bars…
and speedtest shows 600/19…
on their sim only plan…
@Home in jurong west (jalan bahar side)…

Ask the outlet staff for wifi password or for help
No choice
Some basement signal is really bad

if current card can get 5g signal why change
