i tried chatting with cso , was told to sent a copy or so call student pass to them. guess i wait for their so call revised quotation see if its required. Thanks for your reply on this

I suppose it depends on your luck. When I bought my AW3225QF on launch day, I got a discount after chatting with the CSO without any need for student pass or other proof.

Just received my AW2725q today and had intermittent black flicker issues on arrival. Was looking at other forums seems like a known hardware issue.

Will reach out to dell and request a 1 to 1 swap. Might want to think twice if anyone else is considering.

also have a aw2725q, bought 1-2months ago. Don't have this black flicker issue though, using the provided DP cable and 9800x3d + 5070ti

Did you update the firmware?
M2B103 now

Did you also managed to see month of manufacture on the box?

Mine was last June and so far the monitor has been great

ps cannot update. wasnt home yesterday when delivery came.

now no option to reschedule delivery. contact dell support ask me contact the 3rd party. then 3rd party cannot be contacted =/
